USA East Coast Basketball set for 2019 Greece Tour

New York, N.Y. – The 2019 USA East Coast Basketball team, in partnership with Moneyball Sportswear and Cleveland Brothers-CAT, will represent the United States in what is sure to be an unforgettable international experience. Led by head coach Adrian Autry (Syracuse University), the team will travel to Greece this June to compete in three friendly matches in Athens. This year’s team features players from North Carolina, Notre Dame, Iowa, Columbia, Northeastern State, Stonehill, Louisiana Tech, Syracuse, and Western Connecticut State. Columbia University will host training camp June 9th and 10th before embarking on its trip. The All-Stars will compete against the Greek National Team and professional club teams from Greece and the Philippines. 

East Coast’s roster will have guards KJ Smith (UNC), Caleb Smith (Northeastern State), Amorie Archibald  (Louisiana Tech), Jalen Carey (Syracuse), Dane Goodwin (Notre Dame), and Jake Killingsworth (Columbia).  In the front court for USA will be Fenton Bradley Jr. (Western Connecticut State), Ryan Kriener (Iowa), Juwan Durham (Notre Dame), Will Moreton (Stonehill) and Patrick Tape (Columbia). Adrian Autry is in his second year with East Coast. Autry served as an assistant coach last summer in Vicenza, Italy facing the national teams of Italy, Germany, and Holland. Allen Griffin (Syracuse) will serve as an assistant coach, Jason Gilliam (Mentoring Valuable Proteges) will oversee player development, Jack Donius (Providence) will direct basketball operations, and Kevin Witasick (Rowan) directs all media activities.

Games will be live-streamed on June 12th, 13th, and 14th with times to be determined.  Team activities, individual statistics, pre-game articles, and post-game wrap-ups will be available on the social media outlets listed below.
